7. Quotation
Our E-mail quotes are valid for immediate acceptance unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice. Clerical
and inadvertent errors will be corrected and you will be advised as soon as possible.
8. Sales Tax
Texas Enterprises, Inc. is required by law to charge local and state sales tax in the states of New Mexico and Texas unless
proof of tax exempt status has been verified. Customers should check with your own state and local taxation agencies for

10. Cancellation and Restock
All returns must have an approved RMA and will normally be processed within 14 working days of receiving the return. The
customer is responsible for freight charges which are non-refundable. Texas Enterprises, Inc. will not be responsible for
freight damage on returned items
11. Freight
We will try to estimate freight charges as accurately as possible although due to size, weight and other factors, the freight
charge is still an estimate until your product is shipped.
12. Revisions and Errata
